SUPPORT/FAQ
- I paid the vendor, but I have not received the
product!
All products apolon @ motor is stored in a
server,
If the sim, which hosts the server has a big lag, the products
are not delivered.
Look at your transaction history,
copy and paste the text of the transaction in a notecard
and send it to a Manager of Apolon@Motor.
The manager will send the product directly to your inventory
after your transaction has been verified.
- If SL vehicles aren't transferable,
how can I buy one for a friend ?
The best way to buy a vehicle as a gift for
someone is to shop
at SLExchange.com
They have options to deliver the item to almost anyone.
Or Contact Manager Apolon@Motor in SL,
and the manager will send the person the product in a package
gift after payment.
For the customers who have already bought a
product as a gift it is not necessary to request a refund.
Too many people have used that excuse in order to have a
second product free of costs.
The product you have bought is not returnable because of
the fact that he can be copied.
- Why my vehicle do
not move ?
If you can see that your throttle and other controls are working, but your vehicle isn't moving, check the following:
Is any part of your vehicle -- like a wing -- touching an object?
SL doesn't allow objects to use physics if they touch. Move your aircraft clear of objects and try again.
- Why does my aircraft
appear to fall to the ground when I cross a sim border
?
This is one of the many and varied symptoms of "lag", and there's little that we users can do about it.
When a vehicle crosses a border, the first sim has to release all of the objects data and script states to the second sim.
This transfer procedure usually takes less than a second, but in some cases can be several seconds.
It's not uncommon being disconnected from both sims just by crossing a border, with or without a vehicle.
During the handoff, the SL attempts to predict the path of your vehicle ballistically, so you will appear to fall.
If you have problems with unusual delays or disconnections while crossing a border, contact SL support: support@secondlife.com.
- Why I
get error messages when a passenger enter into the vehicle?
Sl do not allow more than 31 prims in a vehicle, each passenger has 1 prim.
The Apolon@Motor vehicles are generally 30 prims + 1 for the pilot.
This error message can be ignored as does not affect the functionality.
The most important thing is that pilot must enter first into the vehicle and then the passengers,
ignoring the error messages for passenger!
